How long does the delivery of my order take?
We ship well over 80% of items within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We only ship to Australian addresses.
If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, or there will be substantial delay, we will advise you as soon as we become aware of the problem, and in any event within three business days.

There are no freight charges on Backorders.
Heavy or Bulky Item Delivery Charges
There are a few heavy or bulky items such as Whiteboards, Bubble Wrap, Paper, Filing Cabinets and Office Furniture that may incur a further freight charge to other areas of Australia. These are identified in the product detail. When placing your order online, the shopping cart will automatically apply standard shippping delivery charges to your order. If this is so, we will contact you to advise the freight cost before shipping.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Most of our delivery companies will deliver between 8 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. If you are not available at the delivery address, they will leave a calling card. You should then call them, quote the consignment number on the card and arrange another delivery time.
