Returns and Faulty Products

Return of overordered product

Returns will be accepted based on the following conditions:

  • Item has been supplied by us within the last month
  • Item has not been opened
  • Item has been supplied incorrectly
  • For Special reasons please contact us

All goods returned will require you to notify us of your intention to return and must include the following information:

  • Name and Address details
  • A Return Authorisation Number obtained from us.
  • Product Description
  • Date of Purchase/Invoice Number
  • Reason for the return

A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned product and the product must be returned to the following address:

Copyline.com.au accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return. Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Copyline.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns that are:

  • Incomplete or have missing parts
  • Are not returned in their original packing
  • Either the product or packaging is damaged during transport or
  • The customer simply does not want the purchased item.

There is a 10% restocking fee.

Subject to the above, we will happily refund the cost of the transaction.

Return of faulty product

If you believe your product is faulty, in the first instance, please call us.

If we cannot solve the problem over the phone, we will give you a Return Authorisation Number and ask you to post the goods back to us, quoting the RA number and indicating the problem.  We will immediately ship and invoice you a replacement.

We check the item when it is returned and refund the transaction to you if it is faulty. 

If it is not faulty, we will contact you by phone and discuss the matter.
