About Copyline

Copyline is an Australian owned company supplying office supplies, toners and printers to businesses Australia wide.  Founded over 25 years ago selling carbon paper, it has progressed to be a complete one stop shop for our customers as we now supply compatible printer ribbons, toners and ink cartridges, a complete range of stationery and a wide variety of office machines.

We pride ourselves on the service we give to our customers and the vast majority of our sales are repeat sales to customers who may have purchased from us, in many cases for five to ten years.

Copyline has developed a range of compatible cartridges marketed under the Alpha brand, which are sourced from a range of suppliers and some are manufactured by us in our own facility. 

Copyline operates its own free delivery service on the Gold Coast by our own drivers and to other areas by courier or Australia Post.  Copyline ships over 80% of orders within 24 hours of the order. 

Copyline is environmentally conscious and recycles paper, cardboard, metal and plastic from our manufacturing operation.
Copyline also offers a recycling service for used cartridges. These cartridges are collected and sorted, re-using components where possible. This saves precious resources otherwise consumed by the creation of new cartridges. If they are not suitable for re-use they are recycled, this prevents them from ending up as landfill. A range of outdoor products from recycled cartridges is currently being developed. Over 450,000 cartridges have been diverted from landfill since the programs inception.
